WA Drink Drivers Will Be Forced To Use Alcohol Interlocks

0

In a recent article published by the ABC, previously offended WA drink drivers will now be forced to use alcohol interlocks before getting behind the wheel of a vehicle. The change of law was pushed through Parliament last year, requiring previously offended drivers to install these devices in their cars at their own expense for a minimum of 6 months. The interlock devices would be compulsory for all motorists convicted of driving with a blood-alcohol level in excess of 0.15, as well as those with more than one excess 0.08 offence.
